- CBA-Dugukolo Etude SA, the CBA Consultants Ltd international branch was registered in 2006 in Mali, West Africa to enter the growing African and international engineering market. The growth of this market is to the global environmental awareness and the drive to reduce world poverty. CBA-Dugukolo Etude SA is a joint venture between CBA Consultants Ltd and Dougoukolo Etude SA.
